Call for outsourcing companies that need certification and/or want to cooperate with language training providers
EYE is inviting outsourcing companies registered in Kosovo to apply for support in one or both of the objectives described in the following paragraphs.
I. Objectives:
| Certifications | Language Trainings |
| The first objective of the activity is to co-finance quality standards certifications for outsourcing companies that directly lead to business growth and job creation. | The second objective is to co-finance collaboration between outsourcing companies and language training providers in order to jointly develop training packages that would fulfil the needs for future employment. |
II. How to apply:
Fill the short proposal form in the following link for one or both of the following objectives.

Objective 1: Fill the proposal with the type of certification that the outsourcing company wants to receive, the impact the company will have due to the certification, estimations on jobs created after the certification and the impact on turnover; The cost of certification as well as the cost breakdown that will reflect the 50% co-financing by the company. |
Objective 2: Submit a joint proposal by the outsourcing company and the language training provider, stating the main skills that are needed for future employees and the content of the training packages; The cost of developing a training package as well as the cost breakdown that will reflect the 50% co-financing by the company. |
