Invitation for Expression of Interest for conducting Tracer Study

Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation, a Swiss Development Organization is implementing the project “Skills for Rural Employment” (S4RE).


The goal of S4RE is improving the income and employment opportunities for youth, in particular women, minorities and rural households in rural areas of Kosovo.

The S4RE project is planning to conduct a tracer study in order to gain information about the relevance and effectiveness of training skills programs facilitated by the project during phase I (2013-2015) and during the first year of the phase II (2016).

The tracer study will track down a group of graduated trainees (youth groups) who have participated in project training programs and explores their current and past employment activities, any possible effects of the training on their income, their satisfaction with the job, the quality and relevance of training received. In addition, the project will seek information from employers who have employed the graduated trainees.

The S4RE project hereby invites all interested professional companies to submit offers for conducting the tracer study through survey of 200 graduates (simple size) from the skills trainings facilitated by the project for the period 2013-2016.

Interested companies should submit the following documents:

  • Copy of business registration and fiscal number certificate;
  • Proof of the companies experienced in conducting similar study;
  • Total price for conducting the study
  • Deadline for accomplishing the task.


HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation is exempt from VAT, so any cost should either be exclusive of VAT or should indicate VAT as a separate budget line.
