monitoring for fresh fruit and vegetables In order to transmit up-to-date market information to the main stakeholders of Kosovo's horticultural sector, i.e. the farmers, in March 2001 SPHP-K implemented weekly price monitoring of fresh fruits and vegetables from the main wholesale market in Pristina. This price monitoring takes place every Tuesday (market day in Pristina) when the supply and demand is highly concentrated with different commodities.
