An introductory meeting has been held today with Mr. Kapllan Halimi, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development to discuss the opportunities for future cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development (MAFRD) and S4RE Project during the Phase II of the Project.

Mr. Halimi was very positive about the cooperation and expressed his readiness about signing a Memorandum of Understanding between the MAFRD and S4RE Project.
