At a certificate award ceremony that took place today in Dragash, 32 participating women from Gora region and Dragash were awarded certificates for having successfully completed the hairdressing training. The training which started in June and ended on 30th of September was made possible by the S4RE Project. To facilitate the process, the participants were initially divided into three training groups, whereas the group trainings were held both in Krusheve and Dragash, in premises identified and provided by the community itself. One group was comprised of women from the village of Krusheve, Gora region, while the remaining two were comprised of women from Dragash.
During the award ceremony, all trainees expressed their satisfaction for having completed the training and, at the same time, they were confident that their newly gained skills will help them start their own hairdressing businesses or facilitate their employment.
