Local Consultant for Assessing the Performance of the Resource Persons engaged by the Project

Project Skills for Rural Employment (S4RE) is seeking applications for a Local Consultant. This short time engagement is open to individuals or companies who meet all of the following qualifications criteria:

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in assessing the performance of the advisory service and resource persons;
• Understanding of advisory service/resource person system;
• Capability to work with other and independently with advisers/resource persons and project to gather required information;
• Capability to guide and provide inputs for further development of the advisory service and resource person system;
• He/she should have skills in speaking and writing in Albanian, Serbian and English.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Valid driving licenses.

Note: Contract Type and Duration:

This position is short time engagement and the contract will be valid for five (5) working days initially.
