A learning group of sixteen (16) participants, successfully completed the training for central heating and were awarded with certificates. After having completed 42 training sessions, all sixteen (16) participants were presented the opportunity of an internship in a private company “Termomont” in Prizren. One of the participants got a job as a central heating maintenance technician in the primary school of the village Bresane, Dragash. One of the trainees migrated to Austria aiming to find a job as a central heating installer. Six (6) out of sixteen (16) participants applied for a grant through the opportunity fund. This initiative will engage six participants in income generation activities. The remaining participants are being engaged periodically, whenever the opportunity arises.
