The project is financed by Medicor a private foundation from Lichtenstein,<\/p>\n<p>Julius Baer Group &#8211; leading Swiss private banking group as well Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation from its<\/p>\n<p>own fundraising department.<\/p>\n<p>The goal of S4RE is to reduce poverty in rural areas of Kosovo through increased employment and income<\/p>\n<p>opportunities. The main focus of the project intervention will be on youth, women and minorities. The<\/p>\n<p>project is implemented since 2013 to the end of 2015.<\/p>\n<p>S4RE is recruiting a business development and monitoring expert in order to support its activities in 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Required qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in business development or related fields;<\/li>\n<li>Very good knowledge on business development and monitoring;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and understanding overall business environment in Kosovo.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience working with youth. Knowledge on mentoring and support of the start up businesses. Prior experience working with any other donor agency is considered an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Very good organisational skills;<\/li>\n<li>Good analytical, oral communications and writing skills;<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English, Albanian and Serbian;<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to regularly travel to the municipalities of Dragash, Sterpce, Novoberdo and Kamenica.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge on skills development and knowledge of the M4P approach and\/or DCED standards will be an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Main tasks:<\/p>\n<p>The hired consultant will support project activities related to the business development of the new businesses &#8211; start ups created during project activities and support project on monitoring of the different project activities and reporting on project overall impact.<\/p>\n<p>The main activities to be conducted comprise the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide support and advice to the new established start up businesses;<\/li>\n<li>Support project for establishment of the strategy for sustainability of the start up businesses<\/li>\n<li>Provide support to the project through monitoring of the different project activities<\/li>\n<li>Analyse and prepare reports related to the overall impact of the project activities<\/li>\n<li>Support project in disseminating the project impact result;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The activities above are defined in generic terms.
