The patisserie learning group from Strpce made an exchange visit to a patisserie business, managed by a woman, in Kamenica. The visit was a worthwhile experience for six women who had the opportunity to discuss various issues related to a patisserie business. Beyond exchange of ideas through discussions, the learning group did practical demonstrations seeing concrete examples. The learning group was extremely satisfied with the visit, returned to Strpce motivated to pursue patisserie business in their future.
