Combining the community-wide approach with the youth capacity developement strategy to tackle the problem of unemployment, the S4RE is providing patisserie training for a multi-ethnic group of 16 youth (8 Albanian, 2 Gorani and 4 Serbs). The training organized by the S4RE envisages 19 sessions, and is facilitated by Mrs. Jadranka Vasic, a trained resource person. Training takes place in the premises made available by Mrs. Vasic, who further contributes with 70% of the training material. The training aims to increase the capacities of the participants in the patisserie business, thus providing them with an excellent employment possibility.
