The overall goal of EYE project is to increase the employability of young women and men by enabling a dynamic and socially inclusive labor market which provides more and decent jobs including self-employment for young people in Kosovo.

DEMOS supports all municipalities of Kosovo to bring about systemic changes that foster good governance and better municipal management that positively impact citizens’ everyday lives. DEMOS maintains the Municipal Performance Grant (MPG) as the main thrust to provide on-system incentives to trigger positive behavioral changes in municipalities.

The goal of RECONOMY is to enable women and young people, in particular excluded and disadvantaged groups, to benefit from economic opportunities by increasing their income and taking up decent jobs, inclusively and sustainably.
